The United States Twirling Association (USTA) is a national, nonprofit youth sports organization dedicated to positive youth development through the sport of baton twirling. USTA serves a national membership of athletes, parents, coaches, studio directors, competition directors, judges and other twirling supporters through a wide range of recreation, educational and competitive programs. As the official United States representative to the World Baton Twirling Federation (WBTF), USTA participates in the WBTF International Cup competition and holds U. S. Trials competition to select athletes to compete in the WBTF World Championships. (12/31/2012)

Affiliate Sports Organization Membership Category Options

As an affiliate sports organization
• You may list on your stationary and website that your organization is affiliated with USA Dance, the National Governing Body for DanceSport.
• Your organization will be listed as an Affiliate Sports Organization on the USA Dance website
• Organization contact person listed on the application form will receive a subscription to our bi-monthly magazine, American Dancer
• Your organization may advertise in American Dancer at a reduced rate.

Affiliate Sports Organization membership is not automatic, and all affiliate membership applications are reviewed at the corporate level and the applicant will be notified whether or not the application has been accepted.

Annual Fee $400. - National Sports Organization - A membership governed independent multi-sport or DanceSport organization which conducts national programs on a level of proficiency appropriate for selection and development of DanceSport Athletes to represent the United States in international DanceSport Championships.

Annual Fee $200. - Other Sports Organization - A non-profit group which sponsors or arranges any DanceSport athletic competition or event.
