May I belong to several chapters?

USA Dance members may attend chapter events anywhere in the USA but may only be listed as a member of one chapter giving them the right to run for office or vote for officers in that group. Members may belong to the chapter of their choice.

How do I find out where there are chapters?

Check our website under “Find a Chapter” to bring up a list of all USA Dance chapters by state. Click on the chapter name for an option to email the group directly or visit their website. If there is no direct link to the chapter, contact our central office 800-447-9047 or via email at central-office@usabda.org to obtain name and phone of a current chapter officer.

How do I find places to dance when I travel in the USA?

USA Dance Chapters are an excellent information resource when you are traveling and can advise if they will have events scheduled during the time of your visit. They often can provide information about other dance opportunities in their community as well.

How do I find places to dance overseas?

Visit the International DanceSport Federation website – www.idsf.net. Check their listing of member organizations for the country you will be visiting. Normally a contact information is provided and gives you a starting point for inquiry.
