National Chapter Conference to be held at the Hampton Inn Tropicana in Las Vegas NV. Topics to be covered at the conference include
- grooming your next President
- Motivating, recruiting and retaining volunteers
- Dancing classrooms
- Websites
- Budgets, Finances & Treasurer reports
- Marketing and PR
- Lots more with a goal of becoming an even more effective chapter
The conference provides many opportunities to network, mingle and share ideas and learn from other chapter Presidents and members in attendance.
We encourage you to include an amount in your budget to allow one of your officers to attend.
The Hazelwood Scholarship Program will reimburse each chapter represented at the event a rebate of 50% of coach airfare for one person.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Early bird rate for full event, including all conference activities & meals on Friday, Saturday and breakfast on Sunday is $180. (must be PIF by 12/31/09- After Jan 1, 2010, rate is $190.
Or, if time does not allow, you may register for Friday only at $95. or Saturday only at $95. One day registration includes all conference activities and meals for one day only.
