Welcome to the wonderful world of Social Dancing.
I have received several contacts from members and non-members looking for places to dance, either where they live or at a destination they are planning to visit.
You can access this information very easily from the USA Dance website.
Just look in the left hand corner for the menu. Where is says, “Chapters & Regions”, click on that and then look for “Find a Local Chapter”. Pick the state and city or city closest to your destination. It will direct you to either a website or a local contact.
I have tried to reply to the inquiries, sometimes it doesn’t get to you in time and sometimes the email address has bounced back to me.
What’s New? We are planning a National Chapter Conference in Kissimmee, Florida January 15-18, 2009. Now is the time for everyone to be planning to attend, or decide which delegates from your chapter will benefit the most. Remember, this is your organization- what do YOU want from it. A form will be available shortly on the website with more information, or contact me with your questions. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
What’s Old? We had a terrific time in Baltimore for the USA Dance National Championship this past April..
Please make plans to join us next year. The date is April 3-5th, 2009.
