Welcome to the home of the Carolina Heartland Chapter #6092 of USA Dance Inc.. We are a group of beginner and more experienced ballroom dancers from the Greensboro / High Point / Burlington/Winston-Salem area that love to dance and have a good time.

Monthly Dances:  We dance monthly on the second Sunday of the month, generally.  Check our Facebook page or our Calendar here for changes.  The fun begins at 3:00 with a lesson taught by one of the local professional instructors. Most lessons include instructions for the beginner followed by more challenging steps for the more experienced dancer. General social dancing lasts from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. and usually includes a mixer. No partner is needed.  A dance host is usually present to dance with any unattached ladies.  You do not need to be a member to come dance with us!  Refreshments are provided.  All of this for the low admission fees of: $7.00 for USA Dance Members; $10.00 for guests; and $5 for people under age 22 as well as first time guests. These dances are held at the Guilford Grange, 4909 Guilford School Road, Greensboro, NC on their beautiful wooden floor.  Parking is free.  

We are fortunate to have excellent, experienced chapter members who strive to present the best ballroom dance music as well as a good variety of dances (waltz, each coast swing, cha-cha, night-club two step, foxtrot, rumba, quick-step, tango, mambo, Texas two-step, samba, etc.) and a good mixture of vocals and instrumentals.

In addition to the monthly dances, we have an annual Black Tie Ball which for the past 13 years has been held in the ballroom at the Joseph S. Koury Convention Center Sheraton Four Seasons.  In the spring. Another big dance function, our Showcase, occurs each year in the Fall. It features exhibitions by members and other interested persons interspersed with sessions of general dancing.
