Welcome to Ballroom Dance Charleston.

We are a chapter of USA Dance, a national non-profit organization promoting ballroom dancing in the Charleston area. We are all about having fun while enjoying the many benefits of ballroom dancing. Our dancers are beginners to experienced. There is no feeling of intimidation. We have a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. BDC has resources to offer you group lessons on all levels. We also have private instructors available to teach private lessons renting space in our ballroom. We are "Professional and Affordable." If you are a beginner or an advanced dancer, there is a place for you at Ballroom Dance Charleston.

DANCE PARTIES - EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT:

Saturday's group lessons do vary each week - see the monthly calendar for details and schedule. The group lessons are included in the price of party admission! Admission is $15 for USA Dance Chapter members and $20 for non-members. No exact dress code is observed, but we want everyone nicely dressed for any dance function. Proper footwear (Dance Shoes) are highly encouraged to protect our beautiful floor.

NOTE: Group dance lessons begin Saturdays at 7:30 PM and continue until 8:30 PM. Our dance parties on Saturdays commence at 8:30 PM and usually finish by 10:30 PM, no later than 11:00 pm.
