Our Chapter Sponsored Group Dance Classes:
- Our chapter sponsored group dance classes are on Monday nights at the Chisholm Center which is at 520 S. Clara Ave, DeLand, Florida.
- The dance lessons are open to the public and all ages are welcome. Attendees are not required to bring
a partner and couples are not required to dance with other students.
- Bonnie Myers Morisset is the instructor for the classes.
- Currently we have 2 classes - a beginner class and an intermediate class:
Beginner Class:
= This class is great for those dancers who are just getting started - but is also a great class for those more experienced dancers
that would like to brush up on the basic patterns and techniques!
= Class starts promptly at 6:45 pm and is for 45 minutes. Admission is $6. Cash please!
Intermediate Class:
= This class is for more experienced dancers and will cover more advanced patterns and techniques. Since this class will be taught at a much faster pace and will require students to be proficient in the basics, this class will require an invitation
to participate.
= Class starts promptly at 7:30 pm (immediately following the beginner class) and is for 60 minutes. Admission is $8. Cash please!
= Students in intermediate class
may take both classes for just $10. Great way to get body and mind warmed up for the intermediate class!
