About Us

Welcome to the North Alabama Ballroom Dance Chapter of USA Dance.

The Northern Alabama Chapter (##6114) of USA Dance, Inc. was established in 2009 to serve ballroom dancers in the Greater Tennessee Valley region of Alabama and Tennessee. USA Dance, Inc, formerly known as (United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Association), is the National Governing Body for DanceSport in the United States, as recognized by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF).

Our Mission...

To organize and support programs for the recreational enjoyment of ballroom dancing by all ages, and create affordable opportunities for the general public to participate in ballroom dancing and DanceSport.

Our Chapter...

Our chapter of USA Dance is based in Huntsville, Alabama and serves the North Alabama and Southern Tennessee areas of the Tennessee Valley. We support all of the area ballroom dance studios and other dance venues. We participate in area activities related to ballroom dancing.

Our chapter hosts a ballroom social dance once per month, usually held on the 2nd Sunday of the month from 2pm until 5pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 607 Airport Road, Huntsville, AL.
